Health Sciences Group, Inc., Los Angeles, CA, has appointed two executives to its Quality Botanical Ingredients (QBI) division. Jacob Engel has been named general manger of operations and Raymond Signore has been named director of sales and marketing. In other news, the company has named Morris Shriftman executive vice president of marketing. Since 1985, Mr. Shriftman has operated his own marketing, communications and branding agency.
